Michael Dorff began his commercial real estate finance career with Security Pacific Mortgage Corporation. From there Michael joined the Los Angeles office of The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in their real estate finance field office system. After completing long term fixed interest rate mortgage loans and joint venture development investments, Michael joined The Alison Company in 1999.  Since joining TAC, Michael has completed construction, bridge and term loans with life insurance companies, commercial banks, credit unions and fund managers. In 2017 Michael completed a $130 million construction loan with a client to develop an eighteen story, steel frame and glass student housing project at a Northern California university. Michael maintains relationships with various lenders and equity capital sources in order to meet the needs of the commercial real estate market today.
