Carl Fuller of The Alison Company recently originated two hotel loans in California. The first included $18,500,000 Home2 Suites Roseville, CA. and the other $14,500,000 Staybridge Suites Temecula, CA. Both loans were secured to take out the existing construction lenders. Home2 Suites included a total of 64,000 square feet in a four-story configuration with 105 Rooms. Staybridge Temecula included 92,000 square feet, four-story configuration with 124 rooms. These loans originated with life insurance company correspondents Symetra and StanCorp Mortgage Investors. Both loans are serviced by The Alison Company.​
